  • 750g pack Co-op baby potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Co-op reduced fat crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Co-op tikka masala paste
  • 2 tbsp Co-op mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives


  1. Simmer the potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 20-25 mins, until tender
  2. Drain, then leave to steam dry for 5 mins
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the crème fraÎche, tikka masala paste, mango chutney and chives, reserving a few chives to garnish
  4. Add the potatoes and stir to coat well
  5. Season to taste, then sprinkle with the remaining chive
  6. Serve immediately, or leave to cool and chill in the fridge to enjoy cold
