Ingredients
- 250g Co-op self raising white flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Co-op British eggs, beaten
- 300ml Co-op whole milk
- 50g Co-op unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Method
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, two beaten eggs and whole milk until smooth
- Add the melted butter and whisk again
- Heat a nonstick griddle pan over a medium-high heat and pour in half the batter
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface
- Carefully flip the waffle over and cook for another 2-3 mins, until golden on both sides
- Lift out of the pan and cut into quarters
- Repeat with the other half of the batter
- Put two waffles onto each plate and add your choice of toppings
