
Easy prawn tacos

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 50g light mayonnaise
- 80g Co-op British white cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 Co-op British carrot, grated
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
- 150g Co-op cooked king prawns
- 100g Co-op fresh salsa
- 4 taco shells
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas 4
- In a bowl, stir the hot sauce into the mayo, then toss with the veg to coat
- In another bowl, combine the prawns and salsa
- Put the tacos open-side down on a baking tray and cook for 2-3 mins
- Half-fill the warm tacos with the veg salad, top with the prawns, then sprinkle over some chopped coriander, to serve
