Easy prawn tacos


Served up in a flash, these crunchy, juicy shells are great for sharing

  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 50g light mayonnaise
  • 80g Co-op British white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Co-op British carrot, grated
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 150g Co-op cooked king prawns
  • 100g Co-op fresh salsa
  • 4 taco shells
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas 4
  2. In a bowl, stir the hot sauce into the mayo, then toss with the veg to coat
  3. In another bowl, combine the prawns and salsa
  4. Put the tacos open-side down on a baking tray and cook for 2-3 mins
  5. Half-fill the warm tacos with the veg salad, top with the prawns, then sprinkle over some chopped coriander, to serve
