  • 4 ripe Co-op peaches, cut into wedges
  • 5 tbsp Co-op seedless raspberry jam
  • 300ml Co-op double cream
  • 6 Co-op Irresistible meringue nests, crumbled


  1. Cook the peach wedges on the barbecue for 5-6 mins, turning halfway through
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in 2 tbsp of the raspberry jam, then set aside to cool
  3. Whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks
  4. Loosely fold in the meringue along with the peach slices and the remaining jam, then serve immediately
