
Ham and pineapple pizza

Ingredients
- 350g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
- 7g sachet dried yeast
- 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
- 2 slices Co-op Irresistible ham, chopped
- 70g Co-op canned pineapple, drained and cut into chunks
- 60g Co-op mozzarella, torn
Method
- Put the flour in a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast
- Make a well in the middle and pour in the oil and 200ml warm water
- Stir together then tip onto a floured surface
- Knead for about 5 mins until smooth then put into a clean bowl, cover and leave until it's doubled in size (this will take about 1 hour)
- Take the dough out of the bowl and divide into 3 pieces
- Roll each one into a 20cm circle
- Heat a large ovenproof, nonstick frying pan over a high heat
- Lower the heat to medium and carefully put a circle of dough in the pan
- Cook the base for 4 mins until golden brown
- Preheat the grill. Spread 2 tbsp tomato passata over a cooked pizza base, leaving a border of about 2cm
- Top with the ham, then the pineapple
- Scatter over the mozzarella then grill for 5 mins or until golden
