  • 350g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 7g sachet dried yeast
  • 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Co-op garlic oil
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 4 slices salami
  • 45g Co-op Irresistible Stilton

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast
  2. Make a well in the middle and pour in the oil and 200ml warm water
  3. Stir together then tip onto a floured surface
  4. Knead for about 5 mins until smooth then put into a clean bowl, cover and leave until it's doubled in size (this will take about 1 hour)

  6. Roll each one into a 20cm circle
  7. Heat a large ovenproof, nonstick frying pan over a high heat
  8. Lower the heat to medium and carefully put a circle of dough in the pan

  11. Scatter over the baby spinach, then the salami slices
  12. Sprinkle over Stilton
  13. Grill for 5 mins or until golden and bubbling
