  • 400g Co-op frozen oven chips
  • 2 Co-op smoked gammon steaks
  • 2 Co-op British eggs
  • 120g Co-op frozen peas


  1. Set the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas 7
  2. Cook the chips according to the pack instructions
  3. Grill the gammon steaks for 3-4 mins on each side
  4. While they're sizzling, heat some vegetable oil in a pan, crack in the eggs, and cook for 2-3 mins
  5. Put the peas in a small pan, cover with boiling water and leave for 2 mins, then drain
  6. Plate up the chips, gammon steak, fried egg and peas
