  • 400g spring greens
  • 2 tsp Co-op horseradish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100g fat free Greek style yogurt


  1. Trim and slice the spring greens
  2. Cover the bottom of a pan with water and heat until simmering
  3. Add the greens, put the lid on and steam over a medium heat for 5 mins until just tender
  4. Whisk together the horseradish sauce, lemon juice and yogurt
  5. Serve the greens with the horseradish dressing
