- 400g spring greens
- 2 tsp Co-op horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100g fat free Greek style yogurt
- Trim and slice the spring greens
- Cover the bottom of a pan with water and heat until simmering
- Add the greens, put the lid on and steam over a medium heat for 5 mins until just tender
- Whisk together the horseradish sauce, lemon juice and yogurt
- Serve the greens with the horseradish dressing
