Ingredients
- 1 Co-op British egg
- 1 tbsp Co-op single cream (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
- 60g Co-op half fat British mature grated cheese
- 200g Co-op spinach, chopped
- 50g Co-op British courgette, grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 x 320g sheet puff pastry
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the cream, if using, rosemary and cheese
- Add the veg and season with black pepper
- Unroll the pastry and cut out 2 circles, each about 12cm in diameter, and put on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
- Lightly score a rim of 1-2cm around the edges of the pastry with a knife
- Divide the filling between the middles of the pastry circles and bake in the oven for 20 mins
