This dish was created by our mozzarella producers as a great way of using their lovely cheese

  • 75g Co-op fusilli (or short pasta of your choice)
  • 60g Co-op mozzarella, torn into small pieces
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 40g pitted green olives, halved
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to season
  • 4 sprigs dill, to garnish (optional)


  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain and allow to cool
  2. Add the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and olives to the pasta
  3. Mix together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil and freshly ground black pepper
  4. Toss the pasta salad with the dressing
  5. Garnish with 4 sprigs dill, if you like
