  • 400g Co-op Truly Irresistible pennoni rigate pasta
  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large handfuls roughly
  • torn basil leaves, or other herbs of your choice
  • Large handful freshly grated Parmesan (about 30g) or other cheese of your choice


  1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the pan a few minutes before the end of the cooking time
  3. Drain and return to the pan
  4. Meanwhile, fry the chilli in the oil for a few minutes until soft
  5. Tip the chilli into the pasta pan, add the herbs and stir through
