- 1 ripe mango, roughly chopped
- 2 peaches, chopped
- 200g Co-op thick natural skyr
- 2 tbsp Co-op smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Co-op flaked almonds, toasted
- Tip most of the mango and peach into a food processor with the skyr and peanut butter, then blend until smooth
- Divide between two bowls, then top with the flaked almonds and remaining fruit
- Serve immediately
