  • 1 ripe mango, roughly chopped
  • 2 peaches, chopped
  • 200g Co-op thick natural skyr
  • 2 tbsp Co-op smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Co-op flaked almonds, toasted


  1. Tip most of the mango and peach into a food processor with the skyr and peanut butter, then blend until smooth
  2. Divide between two bowls, then top with the flaked almonds and remaining fruit
  3. Serve immediately
