  • 2 tbsp Fairtrade granulated sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 75ml soda water
  • 4 tbsp cherry juice
  • Pickled cherries and lemon slices to serve


  1. Divide the sugar and the lemon juice between 2 tall glasses
  2. Stir vigorously to dissolve
  3. Top up each glass with ice, soda water and 2 tbsp cherry juice, then stir
  4. Serve garnished with lemon slices and a pickled cherry
