  • 50ml freshly made espresso
  • 25ml Co-op Navy rum
  • 1 tbsp chocolate and hazelnut spread
  • 4 scoops (about 40g per scoop) Co-op Irresistible Venezuelan chocolate ice cream
  • Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade single origin 85% cocoa dark chocolate, grated, to serve


  1. Stir the espresso, rum and chocolate spread together until melted and well combined
  2. Scoop the ice cream into two bowls
  3. Pour over the espresso mixture and garnish with the grated chocolate to finish
