Ingredients
- 50ml freshly made espresso
- 25ml Co-op Navy rum
- 1 tbsp chocolate and hazelnut spread
- 4 scoops (about 40g per scoop) Co-op Irresistible Venezuelan chocolate ice cream
- Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade single origin 85% cocoa dark chocolate, grated, to serve
Method
- Stir the espresso, rum and chocolate spread together until melted and well combined
- Scoop the ice cream into two bowls
- Pour over the espresso mixture and garnish with the grated chocolate to finish
