
Sausage and bacon potato pie

Ingredients
- 5 Co-op Irresistible British chipolatas
- 2 rashers Co-op British unsmoked streaky bacon
- 100g Co-op chestnut mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 x 415g can baked beans
- 400g pack Co-op mashed potato
- 1 tsp Co-op unsalted butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200℃/fan 180℃/Gas 6
- Put the sausages, bacon and mushrooms in a roasting tin and cook for 5 mins, or until the bacon is crispy
- Remove the bacon and mushrooms and cook the sausages for a further 10 mins
- Slice the sausages and bacon into bite-sized pieces, then transfer to a shallow heatproof dish
- Add the mushrooms and beans and top with the mashed potato
- Run a fork over the top to add texture, dot with the butter, and bake for 12 mins, until golden and bubbling
