Sausage and bacon potato pie

  • 5 Co-op Irresistible British chipolatas
  • 2 rashers Co-op British unsmoked streaky bacon
  • 100g Co-op chestnut mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/2 x 415g can baked beans
  • 400g pack Co-op mashed potato
  • 1 tsp Co-op unsalted butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃/fan 180℃/Gas 6
  2. Put the sausages, bacon and mushrooms in a roasting tin and cook for 5 mins, or until the bacon is crispy
  3. Remove the bacon and mushrooms and cook the sausages for a further 10 mins
  4. Slice the sausages and bacon into bite-sized pieces, then transfer to a shallow heatproof dish
  5. Add the mushrooms and beans and top with the mashed potato
  6. Run a fork over the top to add texture, dot with the butter, and bake for 12 mins, until golden and bubbling
