Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500g Co-op passata
- 3 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp paprika
- Few sprigs coriander and lime wedges, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the garlic for 1-2 mins
- Add the passata, beans, cumin and paprika
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 45 mins, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened
- Serve garnished with the lime wedges and coriander, if using
