Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500g Co-op passata
  • 3 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • Few sprigs coriander and lime wedges, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the garlic for 1-2 mins
  2. Add the passata, beans, cumin and paprika
  3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 45 mins, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened
  4. Serve garnished with the lime wedges and coriander, if using
