  • 2 x 350g packs Co-op British hot & spicy chicken wings
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 320g pack Co-op mixed vegetable stir fry
  • 2 x 250g packs Co-op wholegrain rice
  • 25g pack flat leaf parsley


  1. Heat the chicken wings according to the pack instructions
  2. Meanwhile, add 1 tsp vegetable oil from your storecupboard to a wok or large frying pan over a medium-high heat
  3. Fry the chilli flakes for 30 seconds, until fragrant
  4. Add the vegetable stir fry and cook for 4 mins, until tender but still crisp and season with black pepper
  5. Cook the wholegrain rice according to the pack instructions, then stir into the pan
  6. Roughly chop the flat leaf parsley, add half to the pan and stir through
  7. Divide among four bowls and top each with three or four of the chicken wings
  8. Serve sprinkled with the remaining parsley
