Steak tacos with jalapeño slaw

  • Co-op British beef rump steak (about 225g)
  • 400g can Co-op mixed bean salad
  • ½ x 70g pack Co-op wild rocket
  • 4 Co-op mini wheat
  • & white tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp Co-op jalapeño slaw


  1. Brush the steak with ½ tbsp Co-op olive oil and griddle for 3 mins on each side for medium-rare or to your preference
  2. Remove from the pan, leave to rest for 2 mins, then cut into slices
  3. Meanwhile, drain the bean salad, then toss with the rocket and season
  4. Divide the bean and rocket salad between the tortilla wraps, then top with the steak slices and jalapeño slaw to serve
