
Steak tacos with jalapeño slaw

Ingredients
- Co-op British beef rump steak (about 225g)
- 400g can Co-op mixed bean salad
- ½ x 70g pack Co-op wild rocket
- 4 Co-op mini wheat
- & white tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp Co-op jalapeño slaw
Method
- Brush the steak with ½ tbsp Co-op olive oil and griddle for 3 mins on each side for medium-rare or to your preference
- Remove from the pan, leave to rest for 2 mins, then cut into slices
- Meanwhile, drain the bean salad, then toss with the rocket and season
- Divide the bean and rocket salad between the tortilla wraps, then top with the steak slices and jalapeño slaw to serve
