- 50ml Co-op Napoleon brandy
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 150ml tomato juice
- 2 Co-op free range egg yolks
- Put 50ml Co-op Napoleon brandy, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce and 150ml tomato juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until chilled, then season with black pepper
- Take 2 chilled glasses and put 1 Co-op free range egg yolk in each one, then pour over the tomato mixture
- Down the hatch!
