Ingredients

  • 50ml Co-op Napoleon brandy
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 150ml tomato juice
  • 2 Co-op free range egg yolks

Method

  1. Put 50ml Co-op Napoleon brandy, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce and 150ml tomato juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until chilled, then season with black pepper
  2. Take 2 chilled glasses and put 1 Co-op free range egg yolk in each one, then pour over the tomato mixture
  3. Down the hatch!
