Ingredients
- 230g Co-op beef sizzle steaks
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Co-op clear honey
- 100g Co-op baby leaf salad
- 1/4 cucumber, cut into batons
- 60g bean sprouts
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and thickly sliced
Method
- Put a griddle pan on a high heat
- When hot, sprinkle the steak with half the red chilli and the black pepper and cook for 3-5 mins on each side (depending on how you like your steak cooked)
- Leave to rest
- To make the dressing, mix together the remaining chilli, olive oil, soy sauce and honey
- Toss the salad, cucumber and bean sprouts together
- Slice the steak and place on the salad
- Pour over the dressing, sprinkle with the sliced spring onions and serve
