  • 2 slices Co-op wholemeal bread, toasted
  • 220g can butterbeans, drained
  • 1 Co-op British courgette, grated
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 Co-op British egg
  • 60g Co-op Cheshire cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 Co-op mini hot dog buns
  • 2-3 leaves Co-op British romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 6 tsp Co-op Irresistible red onion chutney


  1. Grate the toast over a bowl, add the butterbeans, mashed, courgette, onions, herbs, egg and cheese, and mix well
  2. Shape into 6 sausages, then chill in the fridge for 30 mins
  3. Brush each sausage with a little oil, then cook in a hot pan for 5 mins, turning frequently
  4. Slice open the buns, add a little shredded lettuce and a sausage, and top with a spoonful of chutney
