Ingredients
- 2 slices Co-op wholemeal bread, toasted
- 220g can butterbeans, drained
- 1 Co-op British courgette, grated
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 Co-op British egg
- 60g Co-op Cheshire cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 Co-op mini hot dog buns
- 2-3 leaves Co-op British romaine lettuce, shredded
- 6 tsp Co-op Irresistible red onion chutney
Method
- Grate the toast over a bowl, add the butterbeans, mashed, courgette, onions, herbs, egg and cheese, and mix well
- Shape into 6 sausages, then chill in the fridge for 30 mins
- Brush each sausage with a little oil, then cook in a hot pan for 5 mins, turning frequently
- Slice open the buns, add a little shredded lettuce and a sausage, and top with a spoonful of chutney
