Ingredients

  • 80g Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade white chocolate
  • 24 green grapes
  • 10g pistachios, finely chopped

Method

  1. Gently heat the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water until melted, ensuring the base of the bowl doesn’t touch the water
  2. Thread 2 grapes onto a cocktail stick
  3. Dip into the chocolate and sprinkle with some of the chopped pistachios
  4. Leave to set on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients
  6. When set, transfer to a serving plate
