Stamps Trial Terms and Conditions

This High Five trial is available to selected colleague members from Tuesday 31st March until June 2026.

When participating Members shop in Co-op Group food stores they will collect stamps that will appear on a digital stamp card in the Co-op App.

Stamps are collected every time a Member spends at least £3 in a single transaction. This excludes certain products, such as first stage baby milk, postage stamps, savings schemes or stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, prescription medicines, fuel, cigarettes or tobacco. One stamp will be collected per transaction.

Once a Member has collected 5 stamps, they will earn a Reward, which can be redeemed against certain items in store. Rewards are earned when Members collect their 5th, 15th and 30th stamp.

Opportunities to win prizes are unlocked when the Member earns the 10th, 20th and 25th stamp. When a Member has collected a total of 10 and 25 stamps they will be entered into a prize draw. The prizes awarded will usually be Co-op Live Dreamseat tickets or a holiday voucher. As this is a trial, the prize draws will not work at first, we’ll let you know once they are up and running. When a Member reaches 20 stamps, they will unlock the Spin to Win game, that will give the them the opportunity to win money off their next shop that will be automatically loaded to their membership card.

Once the Member reaches 30 stamps, and the final Reward is earned, the stamp card will close and the Member will be able to start collecting stamps on a new card.

Members can complete the stamp card at their own pace, there is no time limit to earn Rewards.

Rewards

When a Member earns an instore Reward, they will be presented with 2 options. They can only select one of these options. The Member has 28 days to claim the Reward from the time it is earned. After 28 days, the Reward will automatically expire. When a Reward is selected, it is uploaded to the Member’s membership card. To claim, the Member must take the item to the till and scan along with their membership card. The discount will be automatically applied once they press ‘finish and pay’. If the Reward is a free item, they must complete the purchase to claim it.

Prize draws

When a Member qualifies for entry to a prize draw during the initial weeks of this trial, they will not be entered. However, the functionality will be added at the next release, and we will let Members know when it is up and running and they have a chance to win.

Spin to Win

The Spin to Win will be fully functioning during the trial– Members will be able to spin the wheel in the Co-op App to receive a randomised cash amount. The amounts available will be labelled on the wheel including a 0p option, so not everyone will be a winner. Winning amounts will be loaded to their Membership card. Trial

Co-op has selected certain Members to take part in this High Five Trial, to help test the functionality of the High Five stamp collection mechanic.

The trial will run until June 2026; however Co-op may choose to end or extend the High Five Trial at any time. If the trial is brought to an end early or extended for any period of time, participating Members will be notified accordingly.
