High Five

This High Five trial is available to selected colleague members from Tuesday 31st March until June 2026.

When you shop in Co-op Group food stores and swipe your membership card, you will collect stamps that will appear on a digital stamp card in your Co-op App.

Stamps are collected every time you spend at least £3 in a single transaction. This excludes certain products, such as first stage baby milk, postage stamps, savings schemes or stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, prescription medicines, fuel, cigarettes or tobacco. One stamp will be collected per transaction.

Rewards - Once you have collected 5 stamps, you will earn a Reward, which will typically be money off an item in store. Rewards are earned when you collect your 5th, 15th and 30th stamp.

Prizes - Opportunities to win prizes are unlocked when you earn the 10th, 20th and 25th stamp. When you have collected a total of 10 and 25 stamps you will be entered into a prize draw. The prizes awarded will usually be Co-op Live Dreamseats tickets or a holiday voucher. When you have collected 20 stamps, you will unlock the Spin to Win game, which will give you the opportunity to win money off your next shop that will be automatically loaded to your membership card.

Once you reach 30 stamps, and you have earned your final Reward, the stamp card will close and you will be able to start collecting stamps on a new card.

You can complete the stamp card at your own pace; there is no time limit to earn Rewards.

Rewards

When you earn an instore Reward, you will be presented with 2 options. You can only select one of these options. You have 28 days to claim the Reward from the time it is earned. After 28 days, the Reward will automatically expire. When a Reward is selected, it will be uploaded to your membership card. To claim, you must take the item to the till and scan along with your membership card. The discount will be automatically applied once you press ‘finish and pay’. If the Reward is a free item, you must complete the purchase to claim it.

Prize draws

Trial

Co-op has selected certain Members to take part in this High Five Trial, to help test the functionality of the High Five stamp collection mechanic.

The trial will run until June 2026 ; however Co-op may choose to end or extend the High Five Trial at any time. If the trial is brought to an end early or extended for any period of time, participating Members will be notified accordingly.

As this is a trial, some features may not operate as expected. We are aware that stamps are not being awarded when members use the new self-service Flexi checkouts that are currently being rolled out in some stores. We are working on a fix and will announce once it is working. In the meantime, if your store has the new Flexi checkouts, please make your purchase at a manned till in order to earn your stamp. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we are unable to replace or credit any stamps that are not earned as a result. We welcome any feedback you choose to share during the trial and will use it to help us make improvements. We may also contact participating members and ask for feedback during the trial.
