Ingredients

  • 1/4 x 225g Co-op chorizo ring
  • 1 tsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 x 410g can Co-op baked beans
  • Squirt of barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 slices Co-op Irresistible sourdough

Method

  1. Thinly slice the chorizo and gently fry in olive oil, until golden
  2. Stir in the baked beans, a good squirt of barbecue sauce and mustard and heat through
  3. Toast the bread and top with the barbecue beans.
