This one-pan version of a fry up makes a great weekend breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 Co-op Irresistible sausages
- 4 mushrooms
- 4 rashers Co-op unsmoked back bacon
- 10g Co-op unsalted butter
- 4 tsp Co-op olive oil
- 1 x 410g can Co-op baked beans
- 2 Co-op British eggs
Method
- Cook the sausages following the pack instructions
- Slice the mushrooms and the bacon
- Fry the bacon and mushrooms in a pan with the butter and olive oil for 5 mins
- Chop up the sausages and add to the pan with can of baked beans. Spoon into 2 bowls
- Wipe the pan clean, add another 2 tsp oil and heat
- Fry the eggs and serve on top of the beans with some freshly ground black pepper
