This one-pan version of a fry up makes a great weekend breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 Co-op Irresistible sausages
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 4 rashers Co-op unsmoked back bacon
  • 10g Co-op unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 x 410g can Co-op baked beans
  • 2 Co-op British eggs

Method

  1. Cook the sausages following the pack instructions
  2. Slice the mushrooms and the bacon
  3. Fry the bacon and mushrooms in a pan with the butter and olive oil for 5 mins
  4. Chop up the sausages and add to the pan with can of baked beans. Spoon into 2 bowls
  5. Wipe the pan clean, add another 2 tsp oil and heat
  6. Fry the eggs and serve on top of the beans with some freshly ground black pepper
