  • ½ x 450g pack Co-op Irresistible lean beef mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Co-op Italian tomato purée
  • ½ green pepper, finely chopped
  • 100g Co-op frozen British garden peas
  • ½ ripe mango, finely sliced
  • ½ x 25g pack coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 Co-op plain naan bread
  • 2 tbsp Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lime


  1. Place a nonstick frying pan over a high heat and fry the mince and onion for 5 mins, until golden
  2. Add the garlic, curry powder, cumin and tomato purée, cook for 2 mins, then add 200ml boiling water and cook for 10 mins more
  3. Stir through the pepper and peas, and cook for a further 5 mins, then add the mango and coriander
  4. Warm the naan bread according to the pack instructions
  5. Mix the yogurt with the lime juice and serve alongside the mango beef and naan bread
