No need to rely on the weather – this summer staple is good any time. And it's ready in about 20 minutes too

Ingredients
- 400g Co-op British beef steak mince 12% fat
- 4 white burger buns
- 1 baby gem lettuce
- 1 salad tomato sliced
- 55g or 1/2 a brown onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
Method
- Mix the meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce and tomato puree
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties
- Heat a griddle pan or non-stick frying pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes
- Halve the burger buns and toast lightly
- Add a couple of baby gem lettuce leaves to the bottom half of each bun, then add the burger, slice of tomato and top of the bun
- Make sure your dinner is fully cooked and piping hot before serving it up.
