Ingredients

  • 150g frozen Co-op Irresistible jumbo cooked king prawns
  • 1 tbsp Co-op tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp Co-op Imperial vodka
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices bruschetta
  • 30g Co-op guacamole
  • 6 leaves little gem lettuce

Method

  1. Defrost the prawns, chop, then mix with the tomato purée, vodka, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  2. Top 6 slices bruschetta with guacamole, lettuce and the prawns.
