Ingredients
- 150g frozen Co-op Irresistible jumbo cooked king prawns
- 1 tbsp Co-op tomato purée
- 2 tbsp Co-op Imperial vodka
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices bruschetta
- 30g Co-op guacamole
- 6 leaves little gem lettuce
Method
- Defrost the prawns, chop, then mix with the tomato purée, vodka, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
- Top 6 slices bruschetta with guacamole, lettuce and the prawns.
