  • 4 canned pear halves, drained and sliced
  • 2 Co-op crusty rolls
  • 2 tsp Co-op clear honey
  • 250g Co-op cottage cheese


  1. Melt 2 tsp butter in a frying pan and cook the pears on a low heat for 2 mins
  2. Add the honey and cook until the pears have caramelised on both sides
  3. Meanwhile, toast the cut side of the rolls
  4. Spread the cottage cheese on each half, put the pears on top and drizzle with the pan juices to serve
