Ingredients
- 4 canned pear halves, drained and sliced
- 2 Co-op crusty rolls
- 2 tsp Co-op clear honey
- 250g Co-op cottage cheese
Method
- Melt 2 tsp butter in a frying pan and cook the pears on a low heat for 2 mins
- Add the honey and cook until the pears have caramelised on both sides
- Meanwhile, toast the cut side of the rolls
- Spread the cottage cheese on each half, put the pears on top and drizzle with the pan juices to serve
