- 80g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 almonds
- 8 dates, stoned
- 4 tsp rainbow sprinkles
- Put the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water
- Melt, stirring occasionally
- Meanwhile, push an almond inside each date
- When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat, add the dates to the bowl and stir to coat
- Tip onto a plate lined with greaseproof paper and scatter over the sprinkles
- Chill in the fridge for 10 mins to set before serving
