  • 1/2 x 250g Co-op halloumi
  • 16 slices chorizo
  • 4 Co-op tiger rolls
  • 4 handfuls Co-op mixed leaf salad


  1. Cut the halloumi into 8 slices
  2. Gently fry in a little olive oil until golden
  3. Add the chorizo to the pan, turn off the heat and turn each piece after 5 secs
  4. Split the rolls and toast, then fill with the salad leaves, halloumi and chorizo slices
