  • 3 Co-op Irresistible British outdoor bred pork sausages, skinned
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 tbsp Co-op tomato pureé
  • 1 tsp Co-op wholegrain mustard
  • 3 Co-op lasagne sheets
  • 400g can Co-op chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 x 300g tub Co-op cheese sauce
  • 20g grated Cheddar
  • 2 handfuls Co-op mixed salad (optional)


  1. Roughly chop the sausagemeat and place in a medium non-stick frying pan
  2. Add the onion and pepper and fry for 5 mins
  3. Stir in the tomato pureé and mustard, then snap the lasagne sheets in half and arrange on top
  4. Pour over the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pan and cook for 15 mins
  5. Spoon the cheese sauce over the top then sprinkle over the grated Cheddar
  6. Grill for 2-3 mins until the cheese is bubbling and golden
  7. Serve with Co-op salad, if you like
