Give broccoli a boost with the fresh flavours of garlic and lemon, then top with almonds for added crunch

Ingredients
- 500g broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 clove garlic, finely sliced
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 20g toasted flaked almonds
Method
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan
- Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 4-5 mins, until softened
- Add the garlic to the pan and fry for another 2 mins, until the edges of the broccoli begin to char
- Add the lemon juice and zest, and cook for a further 30 seconds
- Serve with the flaked almonds scattered on top
