  • 200g Co-op piccolo tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 16 Co-op pitted black olives
  • 100g Co-op Feta, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Co-op extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  1. Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives and feta together in a serving bowl
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano, and season with black pepper
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine
