  • 125g haggis
  • 3 Co-op wholemeal pitta breads
  • 60g Co-op Irresistible Stilton, crumbled
  • 2 handfuls Co-op mixed leaf salad


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
  2. Cook the haggis according to the pack instructions
  3. Lightly toast the pittas and cut in half to make 6 small pockets
  4. Divide the haggis and Stilton between each pocket, wrap in foil and cook in the oven for 5-7 mins to melt the Stilton
  5. Serve with the salad on the side
