Ingredients
- 125g haggis
- 3 Co-op wholemeal pitta breads
- 60g Co-op Irresistible Stilton, crumbled
- 2 handfuls Co-op mixed leaf salad
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Cook the haggis according to the pack instructions
- Lightly toast the pittas and cut in half to make 6 small pockets
- Divide the haggis and Stilton between each pocket, wrap in foil and cook in the oven for 5-7 mins to melt the Stilton
- Serve with the salad on the side
