Indian-style chicken tacos


Load up tortilla wraps with spiced chicken, mango yogurt and fresh coriander in these fun Indian-style tacos

  • 8 Co-op mini wheat and white tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp Co-op vegetable oil
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp each garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder
  • 520g pack Co-op British chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips
  • 6 tbsp Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Co-op mango chutney
  • ½ x 25g pack coriander, roughly chopped
  • ½ x 200g pack Co-op radishes, thinly sliced


  1. For the taco shells, preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C /gas 5
  2. Using a rack over a deep baking tray, hang the wraps through the rack so they form a shell shape
  3. Bake for 12-15 mins, until crisp and golden
  4. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat
  5. Cook the onion for 5-6 mins, until soft but not coloured, then stir in the spices and season
  6. Add the chicken and stir to coat, then cook for another 8-10 mins, until cooked through
  7. Mix the yogurt and mango chutney together, along with 1 tbsp of the coriander
  8. To serve, stuff the chicken mix into the shells, sprinkle over the radishes, drizzle over the yogurt mixture and finish with the remaining coriander
