Ingredients

  • 8 Co-op lemon & coriander green olives
  • 5 Co-op sunsoaked tomatoes
  • 30g Co-op British Mature Cheddar, cubed
  • Small handful Co-op baby spinach
  • 2 slices Co-op German style salami
  • 2 Co-op cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Co-op pickled baby gherkin, halved
  • 2 Co-op rosemary crackers
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Method

  1. Layer the olives, sunsoaked tomatoes, Cheddar and spinach in a small jar
  2. Fold the salami slices and tuck them on top
  3. Thread the cherry tomatoes and gherkin halves onto a toothpick and add to the jar
  4. Pack the rosemary crackers separately, and garnish with the rosemary sprig
