Ingredients
- 350g Co-op lamb leg steaks
- 2 Co-op wholemeal pitta breads
- 4 tbsp Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
- 2 handfuls Co-op sweet and crunchy salad
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan on a high heat and add the lamb
- Cook for 3-4 mins on each side
- Remove from the pan and leave to rest
- Grill the pitta breads on both sides then top each one with 1 tbsp of the yogurt and a handful of salad
- Thickly slice the meat and arrange over each pitta
- Top each with another tbsp yogurt and serve with freshly ground black pepper
