Ingredients

  • 350g Co-op lamb leg steaks
  • 2 Co-op wholemeal pitta breads
  • 4 tbsp Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 2 handfuls Co-op sweet and crunchy salad

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan on a high heat and add the lamb
  2. Cook for 3-4 mins on each side
  3. Remove from the pan and leave to rest
  4. Grill the pitta breads on both sides then top each one with 1 tbsp of the yogurt and a handful of salad
  5. Thickly slice the meat and arrange over each pitta
  6. Top each with another tbsp yogurt and serve with freshly ground black pepper
