- 250g mixed frozen berries
- 3 tsp Fairtrade cocoa powder
- 50g Co-op porridge oats
- 250ml Co-op semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp Co-op clear honey
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, then cover and chill in the fridge overnight
- To serve, blend until smooth, then pour into a glass filled with ice, if you like
