  • 320g pack ready rolled puff pastry
  • 100g Co-op smooth peanut butter
  • 100g Co-op chocolate spread
  • 15g flaked almonds


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
  2. Unroll the pastry sheet onto a floured surface
  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the top, right into the corners
  4. Spoon the chocolate spread over the peanut butter, covering the same area
  5. Cut the pastry into 10 strips approximately 10cm long and 35cm wide
  6. From the short end, roll the strips up into swirls
  7. Brush with a little milk, if you like, for a perfect golden bake, then sprinkle the almonds on top
  8. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 mins until golden
