Ingredients
- 320g pack ready rolled puff pastry
- 100g Co-op smooth peanut butter
- 100g Co-op chocolate spread
- 15g flaked almonds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Unroll the pastry sheet onto a floured surface
- Spread the peanut butter evenly over the top, right into the corners
- Spoon the chocolate spread over the peanut butter, covering the same area
- Cut the pastry into 10 strips approximately 10cm long and 35cm wide
- From the short end, roll the strips up into swirls
- Brush with a little milk, if you like, for a perfect golden bake, then sprinkle the almonds on top
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 mins until golden
