  • 150g Co-op British white cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 120g broccoli florets
  • 75g Co-op frozen peas
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
  2. Mix the ingredients together, and put on one half of the greaseproof paper
  3. Bring the other half over to form an envelope and fold the edges to seal
  4. Bake for 20 mins.
