Ingredients

  • Medium Co-op British turkey crown (approx 2.5 kg)
  • 100g Co-op unsalted butter
  • 12 Co-op Irresistible smoked bacon rashers
  • Sage leaves or 4 rosemary stalks (optional)
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 1 pack Co-op pork, sage and onion stuffing balls
  • 1 pack Co-op Irresistible sticky plum puddings
  • 2 x pack Co-op British pork chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon
  • 3 satsumas, halved

Method

  4. Cut the garlic bulbs in half and put into the roasting tin. Cover the turkey with a loose foil tent and roast for the cooking time
  5. 30 mins before the end of cooking, cook the stuffing and chipolatas according to the pack instructions
  6. With 20 mins left, remove the foil from the turkey, add the satsuma halves to the tin and continue to roast
  7. To make sure it's cooked, pierce the fattest part of the turkey, the juices should run clear
  8. Serve on a platter with the stuffing balls, plum puddings, satsuma halves, garlic and chipolatas
