Ingredients
- 2 mixed peppers
- 140g pack Co-op cooked king prawns
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 250g pack Co-op fresh egg noodles
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat
- Deseed and thinly slice the peppers, then stir fry for 2-3 mins
- Add the prawns and curry powder, and stir fry for another 2 mins
- Next, add the noodles and a splash of water and heat through
- Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve
