Ingredients

  • 2 mixed peppers
  • 140g pack Co-op cooked king prawns
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 250g pack Co-op fresh egg noodles

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat
  2. Deseed and thinly slice the peppers, then stir fry for 2-3 mins
  3. Add the prawns and curry powder, and stir fry for another 2 mins
  4. Next, add the noodles and a splash of water and heat through
  5. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve
