Spicy chicken and sausage kebabs

  • 2 Co-op British chicken breasts
  • 60ml sticky and spicy marinade
  • 2 Co-op Irresistible outdoor bred British pork sausages
  • 1 corn on the cob, quartered
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Cut each chicken breast in half and arrange in a shallow dish
  2. Spoon the marinade over and cover
  3. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours
  4. Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the sausages
  5. Cook for 5 mins, drain, and cut each sausage into 3 pieces
  6. Divide the meat and corn between 2 metal skewers (or wooden ones soaked in water for 30 mins), alternating as you go
  7. Brush the kebabs with oil and grill for 5-6 mins on each side, until the chicken and sausages are cooked through
