
Spicy chicken and sausage kebabs

Ingredients
- 2 Co-op British chicken breasts
- 60ml sticky and spicy marinade
- 2 Co-op Irresistible outdoor bred British pork sausages
- 1 corn on the cob, quartered
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Cut each chicken breast in half and arrange in a shallow dish
- Spoon the marinade over and cover
- Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours
- Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the sausages
- Cook for 5 mins, drain, and cut each sausage into 3 pieces
- Divide the meat and corn between 2 metal skewers (or wooden ones soaked in water for 30 mins), alternating as you go
- Brush the kebabs with oil and grill for 5-6 mins on each side, until the chicken and sausages are cooked through
