  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 150g Co-op British strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 Co-op baguette
  • 60g Co-op goat’s cheese
  • 30g Co-op Greek style fat free yogurt
  • Handful Co-op rocket


  1. Put 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar in a pan and simmer over a medium heat until it reduces to a syrup
  2. Stir in the hulled and halved Co-op British strawberries
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Cut 1/2 Co-op baguette into 6 slices and toast
  5. Mix together Co-op goat’s cheese and Co-op Greek style fat free yogurt and spread over the slices
  6. Top with a handful Co-op rocket and spoon over the strawberries to serve
