Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 150g Co-op British strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 Co-op baguette
- 60g Co-op goat’s cheese
- 30g Co-op Greek style fat free yogurt
- Handful Co-op rocket
Method
- Put 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar in a pan and simmer over a medium heat until it reduces to a syrup
- Stir in the hulled and halved Co-op British strawberries
- Remove from the heat
- Cut 1/2 Co-op baguette into 6 slices and toast
- Mix together Co-op goat’s cheese and Co-op Greek style fat free yogurt and spread over the slices
- Top with a handful Co-op rocket and spoon over the strawberries to serve
