Ingredients

  • 2 Co-op British Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 pack Co-op Broccoli
  • 1 pack Co-op Mediterranean Style Vegetables
  • 4 tbsp Co-op Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Dice the chicken into cubes and place in a roasting tray with the broccoli and roasting veg.
  3. Add the sweet chilli sauce then toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 mins.
  5. Serve with a side of brown rice (optional) and enjoy!
