Tortilla chips with red pepper houmous

  • 2 Co-op flour tortillas
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 x 170g tub Co-op red pepper houmous


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
  2. Spread the garlic over the tortillas and sprinkle over the oregano
  3. Slice into strips, then cut in half to make chips
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 2-3 mins, until golden and crisp
  5. Serve with the red pepper houmous
