  • 250g Co-op frozen summer fruits
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Co-op clear honey
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 100g Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt


  1. Put the fruit in a pan with 1 tbsp of the honey and gently heat through
  2. Mix the cornflour with 1 tbsp cold water then add to the pan and stir on a simmer until the mixture thickens
  3. Make 2 pancakes, then lay out on plates
  4. Spread the fruit on top, stir the rest of the honey into the yogurt, and add a dollop to each
