Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Warburtons Old English medium sliced white bread
  • Few sun dried tomatoes
  • Few slices of Mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp pesto
  • 3 cooked skinless chicken breast
  • Handful of rocket

Method

  1. Mix the light mayonnaise and pesto in a bowl, then shred the chicken and gently stir in
  2. Lightly toast your Warburtons Old English slices and add the rocket on top
  3. Slice your Mozzarella and tomatoes and place on top of your rocket
  4. Lastly add your pesto chicken on top and some seasoning, if you like
